Shipments

All products purchased in our store will be shipped by CTT EMS from Monday to Friday. The average shipping time is 2 to 3 business days after payment.

If you may not be present at the time of delivery of the order, you will be left with a notice in order to pick up the products at the post office closest to you. These products must be picked up within 3 business days after the attempt to deliver to the home. It is essential to be accompanied by your citizen card for any pick-up of orders.

Together with your order, you can find the respective invoice inherent to your purchase.

You must check the product at the time of delivery, as it may be damaged during transport and the responsibility will be the carrier. This verification must be made within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the order.

Orders over 100€ shipping is free for Portugal.

Orders with less than 100€ shipping costs are 3.90€ (Vat included) for Portugal.  

Europe and Islands shipping cost automatically calculated in the shopping cart.
