Shipping

All products purchased from our store will be shipped via CTT courier for mainland Portugal and the Islands. For Europe, shipments are made via DPD courier from Monday to Friday. The average shipping time is 2 to 3 business days after payment for products in stock.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, a notice will be left so you can collect your order at the nearest post office. These products must be collected within 3 business days after the attempted home delivery. It is essential to bring your ID card when collecting any orders.

You should check the product upon delivery, as it may be damaged during transport and the responsibility lies with the courier service. Please check at the time of delivery if your package is complete and in good condition. If it is not in ideal condition, inform the courier and ask them to note the condition of the package on the delivery receipt. If neither you nor the courier report the damaged items on the delivery note, it will not be possible to assign responsibility for the condition of the products. If your order is damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Orders over €100: Free shipping to mainland Portugal.
Orders under €100: Shipping cost is €6.90 (VAT included) to mainland Portugal.

For the Islands and Europe, shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart.
